Vinge advises Fidelio Capital in connection with acquisition of BioMedtrix

Vinge has advised Fidelio Capital on the acquisition of BioMedtrix, LLC. BioMedtrix is a leading company within the market for veterinary orthopedic implants and instruments.

The company is based in New Jersey, USA, and sells its products to over 35 markets world-wide.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Jonas Bergström and Manne Bergström.
