Vinge advises Fastighets AB Trianon in connection with its listing on Nasdaq Stockholm

Vinge has advised Fastighets AB Trianon (publ) in connection with its list change from Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market to Nasdaq Stockholm’s main market.

The prospectus was published on 15 December 2020 and the trading on Nasdaq Stockholm commenced on 17 December 2020.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Christian Lindhé, Erik Sjöman, Astrid Isberg and Sophia Reutercrona (Capital markets and public M&A) as well as Anna Edström and Philip Åberg (M&A).
