Vinge advises FAM AB on the acquisition of Aktiebolaget Näckström

Vinge has advised FAM AB on its acquisition of Aktiebolaget Näckström from Vectura Fastigheter AB. The principal assets of Aktiebolaget Näckström comprise the property Stockholm Näckström 6 (Arsenalsgatan 8) and Villa Täcka udden.

The aggregate property value amounts to SEK 1.4 billion, and the transaction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025.

The core Vinge team comprises Jonas Johansson (M&A), Niclas Winnberg, Simon Gille-Johnson, Madelene Andersson, Hanna Kövamees (Real Estate), Helena Göransson, Kamyar Najmi and Wilma Hellman (Financing).
