Vinge advises Fairpoint Capital and eEquity in connection with their investment by participation in a MSEK 90 investment round in Mediatool, a company who provides a digital marketing management platform for brands and media agencies.

Vinge’s team has consisted of Johan Larsson and Nando Basic (M&A), Mathilda Persson (Corporate Commercial) and Victor Björkheim (Employment).

Naval Group signs contract for four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Royal Swedish Navy

The contract was signed on 31 August 2026 in Stockholm. Naval Group has been selected as a strategic partner by the Swedish Government to rapidly strengthen and modernise its fleet's capabilities.
