Vinge advises EQT IX in connection with the acquisition of Cerba Healthcare

Vinge has advised EQT IX on the merger control aspects of EQT IX’s acquisition of Cerba Healthcare, a provider of routine, specialty and research medical lab testing in EMEA.

The acquisition was notified to, inter alia, the European Commission. Vinge’s team consisted primarily of Emma Johansson and Johan Wahlbom.
