Vinge advises EQT Infrastructure portfolio company IP-Only in connection with its acquisition of Trelleborgs Stadsnät

Vinge has advised IP-Only in connection with entering into an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Trelleborgs Stadsnät AB.

Trelleborgs Stadsnät AB was established in 2012 and owns and operates open fiber network in the Municipality of Trelleborg with a large customer base, consisting of households and enterprises.

Vinge’s team consisted of Daniel Rosvall, Karl Klackenberg and Milad Kamali (M&A), Mathilda Persson (Commercial Agreements), Kristoffer Larson (Real Property) and Ebba Svenburg (Employment).
