vinge advises Enfo in connection with acquisition of Next Improvement

Vinge has advised Enfo in connection with its acquisition of the Swedish company, Next Improvement. Next Improvement is a turnkey supplier to businesses which want to improve efficiency, reduce costs and provide quality assurance in respect of their operations.

Next Improvement’s customer base is in Sweden and parts of Europe and its customers are primarily small and large companies within the industrial sector.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Christina Kokko together with, among others, associates Linda Sengul, Maria Dahlin, Lova Unge, Mathilda Persson, Samra Baytar and Manne Bergström.
