Vinge advises Enersys in connection with the acquisition of NorthStar from Altor.

Northstar, headquarted in Stockholm with production in the US, designs, manufactures and distributes industrial premium batteries. 

Vinge's team was led by Fredrik Sonander with Petronella Hallberg as project leader.
