Vinge advises Eleda in connection with acquisition of Sandins Entreprenad and Sandins Rail

Vinge has advised Eleda Infra Services Group (“Eleda”) on the acquisition of Sandins Entreprenad AB and Sandins Rail AB (”Sandins”).

Sandins is based outside Ängelholm in Skåne, has approximately 20 employees and yearly sales of around SEK 45 million.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Christina Kokko together with associates Manne Bergström and Hanna Risberg.

 The agreement covers a total amount of SEK 1 billion and creates conditions for significantly increased lending capacity.  Vinge has advised IK Partners and its portfolio company Francks Kylindustri in connection with the acquisition of Helsingborgs Kylteknik, a company specialising in refrigeration technology and refrigeration services in southern Sweden. The acquisition strengthens Francks Kylindustri’s position in southern Sweden and broadens the group’s offering within the refrigeration industry.
