Vinge advises Eleda in connection with acquisition of Sandins Entreprenad and Sandins Rail

Vinge has advised Eleda Infra Services Group (“Eleda”) on the acquisition of Sandins Entreprenad AB and Sandins Rail AB (”Sandins”).

Sandins is based outside Ängelholm in Skåne, has approximately 20 employees and yearly sales of around SEK 45 million.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Christina Kokko together with associates Manne Bergström and Hanna Risberg.

 Vinge has advised IK Partners (“IK”) in connection with IK X Fund’s acquisition of SELATEK Holding AB (“Selatek”), a leading Swedish technical installation platform, from Amplio Private Equity AB and the minority shareholders.
