Vinge has advised Eleda Group in its acquisition of Annebergs Bygg och Anläggning AB.

Annebergs Bygg och Anläggning offers construction work services in the Halland and Gothenburg regions and has a variation of recurring customers, primarily within the public sector.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Christina Kokko, Manne Bergström and Hanna Risberg.
