Vinge advises Eleda Group in connection with the acquisition of Annebergs Bygg och Anläggning

Vinge has advised Eleda Group in its acquisition of Annebergs Bygg och Anläggning AB.

Annebergs Bygg och Anläggning offers construction work services in the Halland and Gothenburg regions and has a variation of recurring customers, primarily within the public sector.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Christina Kokko, Manne Bergström and Hanna Risberg.
