Vinge Advises Elanders AB on Acquisition of Seiz Printing AB

Elanders widens its international platform within the Automotive segment and acquires shares in Seiz Printing Co. Moreover Elanders have contracted to acquire all shares in Seiz Printing Co. The company specializes in high quality offset productions and services in logistics. Seiz Printing Co has 60 employees and an estimated revenue of USD 14 million.   
Elanders AB is represented by partner Erik Gabrielson.
