Vinge advises Ejendomsselskabet Malmö AB in real estate transaction

Vinge has advised Ejendomsselskabet Malmö AB in connection with the sale of ten residential properties with a total of 350 rental apartments to Ikano Fastighets AB. The properties are situated in the Kirseberg district in Malmö. The transfer took place in the form of corporate share purchase transactions.

The Vinge team which advised Ejendomsselskabet Malmö AB included partner Patrick Forslund and associate Anders Frick. Maria Schultzberg provided tax law advice.
