Vinge advises Edsviken ApS and others on the sale of mabs holding AB

Vinge has advised Edsviken ApS and others in connection with the sale of mabs holding AB to Swereco Group AB. Mabs specialises in the manufacture and supply of surgical stockings and compression products in the Nordic region.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Erik Gabrielson and associate Kristian Ford. Associate Therese Lindholm provided employment law advice.
