Vinge advises Edge Technologies in connection with investment in Epicenter

Vinge has advised the Dutch real estate technology development company, Edge Technologies in connection with its investment in the Swedish company, Epicenter.

Edge Technologies is a Dutch real estate technology development company focusing on creating smart, high-tech office buildings with a sustainable footprint. Epicenter conducts operations relating to digital innovation properties.

Vinge’s team consisted of Kristian Ford together with Philip Åberg and Emelie Svensäter Jerntorp (employment law).
