Vinge advises DNB Liv Eiendom Sverige AB in connection with sale of real estate

Vinge has advised DNB Eiendom Sverige AB in connection with the sale of the property designated as Östersjön 1 on Carlsgatan in Malmö to Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB. The property, which was built in 2001, contains 8,300 square meters of office space and its tenants include Tieto Enator and Geab The Phone House.
