Vinge advises DNB Liv Eiendom Sverige AB

Vinge has advised DNB Liv Eiendom Sverige AB in connection with the sale of the modern office premises, Flundran 2 located at Universitetsholmen in Malmö. The Court of Appeal for Skåne and Blekinge is located at these premises.  The buyer is Vasce AB and the purchase price is SEK 361 million. 

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Patrick Forslund and associate Niclas Winnberg.
