Vinge has advised Djursjukhusgruppen in connection with the acquisition of Dyrekliniken på Stend, one of Norway’s largest veterinary clinics. A joint project is planned for the construction of a new veterinary hospital in Bergen. Djursjukhusgruppen is the Nordic region’s leading group of companies providing advanced veterinary care for dogs, cats and other pets.
Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Jonas Bergström together with, among others, associates Alexandra Kempe, Magnus Wieslander and Gustav Jönsson.
