Vinge has advised Djursjukhusgruppen in connection with the acquisition of Djurdoktorn i Östergötaland AB. Djursjukhusgruppen is the Nordic region’s leading group of companies providing expert veterinary care for dogs, cats and other pets using modern and advanced equipment and specialist expertise.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Jonas Bergström, Gustav Jönsson and Robin Dangoor.
