Vinge advises Djursjukhusgruppen in connection with acquisition of Arboga Djurklinik

​Vinge has advised Djursjukhusgruppen in connection with the acquisition of Arboga Djurklinik AB. Djursjukhusgruppen is the Nordic region’s leading group within expert veterinary care for dogs, cats and other household pets, with staff who have a high degree of specialisation as well as modern and advanced technology.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Jonas Bergström together with, among others, associates Gustav Jönsson and Magnus Wieslander.

Vinge advises Revivo Group on the acquisition of Solidenergy

 Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
