Vinge advises Direktronik in conjunction with the acquisition of Nexlan

Vinge has advised Lagercrantz Group AB’s subsidiary Direktronik AB in conjunction with the acquisition of all shares in the Norwegian company Nexlan AS.

With its base in Bergen, Nexlan delivers network communication products, primarily to companies and organizations at Vestlandet.

Vinge’s team consisted of Johan Winnerblad.
