Vinge advises Danir Resources on its acquisition of the Örås family’s shares in Poolia

Danir Resources AB has entered into an agreement to acquire the Björn Örås family’s shares in Poolia AB (publ).

The purchase price amounts to approx. SEK 130 million. The acquisition, which is conditional upon competition authority approval, triggers a mandatory bid for Danir Resources at closing.

The Vinge team includes Erik Sjöman, Johan Karlsson and Xandra Ståhlberg.
