Vinge Advises Danir on Sale of Teleca Holdings

Danir AB (Dan Olofsson) has disposed its entire holding in Teleca AB (publ) to Symphony Technology Group, LLC, based in Silicon Valley. The holding corresponded to 13,6 % of all shares and 17,7 % of all votes in Teleca AB.

Danir is represented by Erik Sjöman and Peter Oscarsson.

 Vinge has advised IK Partners (“IK”) in connection with IK X Fund’s acquisition of SELATEK Holding AB (“Selatek”), a leading Swedish technical installation platform, from Amplio Private Equity AB and the minority shareholders.
