Vinge advises Dalabo Fastigheter AB on the sale of rented flats

Vinge advises Dalabo Fastigheter AB on the sale of properties including 242 rented flats to HSB Dalarna. The properties cover 18,500 sqm, of which 95 per cent is residential space, and are situated on Östermalm in Borlänge. The property value is MSEK 120.

Dalabo Fastigheter is represented by partner Patrick Forslund with assistance from associates Matti Scheffer and Daniel Unger.
