Vinge advises Crypto International Group in the acquisition of Crypro AG’s international operations

Vinge has advised Crypto International Group AB and its subsidiary Crypto International AG in connection with the acquisition of Crypto AG’s international operations.

Parallel to the acquisition, Crypto AG’s Swiss part of the operations of Crypto Schweiz AG was transferred through a management buyout.

Vinge’s team consisted of Jesper Ottergren and Henrik Borna together with, among others, Maria Schultzberg, Mattias Sköld and Lena Lundahl.
