Vinge advises Consortio Invest AB on the acquisition of Haléns Holding AB

Vinge has advised Consortio Invest AB on the acquisition of Haléns Holding AB. Haléns runs a mail order business of mainly clothes as well as borrowing and lending services in the Nordic countries and the Baltic States.

Consortio Invest AB was represented by partner Ulf Sallnäs with assistance from Petter Kjöllerström, Anders Frick, Peter Larsson and others. Fabian Ekeblad, Ann Bokinge and Christina Olsson-Rosén assisted with the financing of the acquisition.
