Vinge advises Cinder Invest in connection with an investment in Stureplansgruppen

Vinge is advising Cinder Invest in connection with their investment in Stureplansgruppen. The investment provides Stureplansgruppen with the preconditions to overcome the pandemic, to develop existing operations and to continue to create new guest experiences. Cinder Invest will own 20 per cent.

Cinder Invest is a joint venture between AFA, AMF, FAM together with the Wallenberg Foundations, the Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund and SEB. Cinder Invest will invest in viable Swedish companies in order to help them to overcome the adverse economic consequences of Covid-19.

Vinge's team primarily consisted of, among others, Johan Larsson, Ellinor Wargenbrant, Niclas Winnberg and Amanda Steen.
