Vinge has advised Chrysler Sweden AB in connection with the asset transfer of Fiat Group Automobiles Sweden AB as part of the global agreement between the Chrysler and Fiat groups.
 
Vinge's team consisted of responsible partners Lars Gildéus and Ingela Malmborg (employment) together with, among others, associates Emma Hakesjö, Therese Lindholm and Christian Lindhé.
