VINGE ADVISES CHRISTIAN BERNER IN REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION WITH EKLANDIA

Vinge has advised Christian Berner Invest in connection with its sale of the property in Mölnycke outside Gothenburg in which Christian Berner Tech Trade has its head office. The buyer was Eklandia Fastighets AB. The underlying property value amounted to SEK 85 million. A long-term lease was also entered into in connection with the transfer.

Vinge’s team consisted of partners Olof Jisland and Ulf Käll. Mannheimer Swartling acted for Eklandia.
