Vinge advises Certego AB on acquisition of Låstjänst Alarm i Gävle AB

Vinge advises Certego AB on its acquisition of Låstjänst Alarm i Gävle AB (Låstjänst Alarm). Låstjänst Alarm offers security solutions within e.g. door opening systems, alarm systems, key manufacturing and access control with ca. 45 employees and offices in Gävle, Sandviken and Bollnäs. The share purchase agreement was signed and the transaction completed on 1 July 2016.
 
Vinge’s team comprised e.g. partners Peter Sundgren and Johan Winnerblad (M&A) and associates Oscar Rydén and Sofia Bergenstråhle (M&A) and Karin Isacsson (employment law).

 Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
