Vinge advises Carasent in connection with the listing on Nasdaq Stockholm

Vinge advises Carasent AB (publ) in connection with the listing on Nasdaq Stockholm. The listing is made through a reverse cross-border merger, whereby Carasent AB takes over Carasent ASA, previously listed on Oslo Stock Exchange.

Vinge’s team includes Christian Lindhé, Erik Sjöman, Agaton Lindgren, Jasmine Elgh and Nathalie Wikman.

 Vinge advises IK Partners and their portfolio company Selatek AB ("Selatek") in connection with the acquisition of JAMO SIKRING A/S ("Jamo Sikring"), a Danish specialist in the installation, maintenance and ongoing inspection of fire protection systems. The acquisition marks Selatek's establishment of operations in Denmark and strengthens the group's position in fire safety and security services in the Nordics.
