Vinge has advised a syndicate of Nordic and Northern European banks connection with the financing of Verdane and Telenor’s new partnership relating to Telenor Connexion. Under the partnership, Verdane and Telenor will jointly invest in Telenor Connexion, a leading provider of IoT solutions. The transaction was completed on 10 September 2026 and values Telenor Connexion at SEK 7.5 billion.
Vinge has advised Sveafastigheter AB (publ) on the issuance of EUR 350 million in senior unsecured bonds under its existing EUR 2 billion EMTN programme.
