Vinge advises Cantargia on its directed share issue

Cantargia AB (publ) makes a directed share issue of approximately SEK 410 million to a number of Swedish and international investors.

Vinge advises Cantargia. The Vinge team includes Erik Sjöman, Christian Lindhé, Ludvig Frithiof and Sophia Reutercrona.

Naval Group signs contract for four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Royal Swedish Navy

 Vinge has advised Naval Group in connection with the negotiations with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) for the procurement of four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Swedish Navy. The contract was signed on 31 August 2026 in Stockholm. Naval Group has been selected as a strategic partner by the Swedish Government to rapidly strengthen and modernise its fleet's capabilities.
