Vinge advises Camfil in connection with the acquisition of Resema

Vinge has advised Camfil Svenska AB in connection with the acquisition of all shares in Resema AB and Resema AS.

Resema, which has approximately 65 employees and a turnover of MSEK 100, conducts operations focusing on the development, manufacture and marketing of air filters for optimal air filtration.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Isabelle Jengsell (project manager), Olivia Belding, Lova Unge, Carla Zachariasson and Veronika Garemark.
