Vinge advises Bygghemma on acquisition of United Web Sweden

Vinge has advised Bygghemma Sverige AB in connection with the acquisition of United Web Sweden AB. Bygghemma is the leading e-commerce home improvement and home furnishing company in the Nordic region. United Web Sweden sells through different subsidiaries inter alia kitchen fixtures, bathroom furnishing and sanitary products as well as floors and floor accessories on the internet.

Kristian Ford is advising Bygghemma together with Fredrik Christiansson and Madelene Eriksson.
