Vinge has advised Bygghemma Sverige AB in connection with the acquisition of Stonefactory Scandinavia AB.

Bygghemma is the leading e-commerce home improvement and home furnishing company in the Nordic region. Stonefactory is the leading e-commerce company in Sweden within tile, clinker and natural stone.

Kristian Ford is advising Bygghemma together with Henrik Jonsson.
