Vinge advises Bygghemma on acquisition of Polarpumpen

Vinge has advised Bygghemma Sverige AB in connection with the acquisition of Polarpumpen AB. 

Bygghemma is the leading e-commerce home improvement and home furnishing company in the Nordic region. Polarpumpen is an e-commerce company within heating pumps and installations.

The Vinge team includes partner Kristian Ford together with associates Ida Christensson and Hampus Wikerstål.
