Vinge advises Bygghemma on acquisition of Netrauta

Vinge has advised Bygghemma Sverige AB in connection with the acquisition of Netrauta Finland Oy. Bygghemma has sold building materials on the internet since 2006 and is now the leading Nordic e-business company for building materials. Netrauta conducts corresponding business and is leading in Finland.

Kristian Ford is advising Bygghemma together with Fredrik Christiansson. Vinge has worked with Waselius & Wist in Finland on the transaction.

Naval Group signs contract for four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Royal Swedish Navy

 Vinge has advised Naval Group in connection with the negotiations with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) for the procurement of four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Swedish Navy. The contract was signed on 31 August 2026 in Stockholm. Naval Group has been selected as a strategic partner by the Swedish Government to rapidly strengthen and modernise its fleet's capabilities.
