Vinge advises BWB Partners in the sale of Heatex AB to the American industrial group Madison Industries

Vinge advises BWB Partners and the company’s minority shareholders in the sale of Heatex AB to the American industrial group Madison Industries.

Heatex is a global manufacturer of air-to-air heat exchangers for applications in various buildings, data centers as well as wind turbines. Heatex is headquartered in Malmö with 169 employees in Europe, US and China. In 2020, Heatex is expected to generate revenue of approx. SEK 360 million.

The Vinge team consisted primarily of Jesper Ottergren and Henrik Borna.

 Vinge has advised Fortinova Fastigheter AB (publ) in connection with its list change from Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market to Nasdaq Stockholm. The prospectus was published on 12 November 2025 and the trading on Nasdaq Stockholm commenced on 19 November 2025, five years to the day since the first listing.
