Vinge advises BWB Partners in the sale of Heatex AB to the American industrial group Madison Industries

Vinge advises BWB Partners and the company’s minority shareholders in the sale of Heatex AB to the American industrial group Madison Industries.

Heatex is a global manufacturer of air-to-air heat exchangers for applications in various buildings, data centers as well as wind turbines. Heatex is headquartered in Malmö with 169 employees in Europe, US and China. In 2020, Heatex is expected to generate revenue of approx. SEK 360 million.

The Vinge team consisted primarily of Jesper Ottergren and Henrik Borna.

Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
