Vinge advises Bring in connection with the acquisition of West Cargo Vårgårda

Vinge is advising Bring, a part OF Posten Norge, in connection with its acquisition of West Cargo Vårgarda AB. West Cargo Vårgarda AB is a logistics company situated in West Sweden with a turnover of approximately SEK 350 million and 110 employees. Bring’s acquisition is conditional upon approval by the Swedish Competition Authority.

Vinge’s team consists of partner Johan Winnerblad together with, among others, associate Josefin Eriksson.

 Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
