Vinge advises Borgo AB in connection with issuance of covered bonds

Vinge has advised Borgo in connection with the issue of a SEK 5,5 billion covered bond by Ålandsbanken Abp as initial issuer and Borgo as subsequent issuer.

The terms and conditions of the covered bonds allow covered bonds to be transferred to Borgo AB at a later stage subject to the approval of Ålandsbanken Abp and Borgo.

Borgo is an independent mortgage lending company aiming to offer market leading mortgages to Swedish consumers. Borgo’s mortgage products will be offered by ICA Banken, Ikano Bank, Söderberg & Partners and Ålandsbanken, under their brands but with Borgo as lender.

Vinge’s team mainly consisted of Mikael Ståhl, Lionardo Ojeda, Axel Jansson and Felix Möller.
