Vinge advises Borevind on the acquisition of Gällivare PhotoVoltaic AB

Vinge advises Borevind on the acquisition of Gällivare PhotoVoltaic AB from Solar World AG. Gällivare PhotoVoltaic AB is one of Sweden’s leading companies within solar power and solar panel manufacturing. Gällivare PhotoVoltaic has a turnover of appr. half a billion kronor and 70 employees. Borevind is buying 65% of the company from SolarWorld AG, a listed solar power group, in Germany.

Borevind is represented by partner Magnus Pauli assisted by the associate Johanna Björnum.

Vinge advises Trinax Group in conjunction with the acquisition of AddMobile and Scudo Solutions

Trinax Group has acquired the Swedish company AddMobile and the Finnish company Scudo Solutions, which specialise in software for work order management and project and cost management respectively. The two acquisitions broaden the group’s offering across the entire value chain, from the client’s budget and costing to the contractor’s field work, whilst strengthening its geographical presence in Finland.
