Vinge advises Bonnier Tidskrifter in connection with the acquisition of Tidningskungen.se

Vinge has advised Bonnier Tidskrifter in connection with the acquisition of a majority shareholding in Mediafy whose operations consist of internet sales of magazines and other publications, primarily through Tidningskungen.se. Mediafy also has operations in Norway (Bladkongen.no) and Finland (Lehtikuningas.fi) as well as sales of subscriptions packages to companies.

Vinge's team advising Bonnier Tidskrifter consisted of partner Malin Leffler and associates Carolina Walther and Malin Buch.

 Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
