Vinge has advised Bonnier Tidskrifter in connection with the acquisition of a majority shareholding in Mediafy whose operations consist of internet sales of magazines and other publications, primarily through Tidningskungen.se. Mediafy also has operations in Norway (Bladkongen.no) and Finland (Lehtikuningas.fi) as well as sales of subscriptions packages to companies.
