Vinge has advised Medicine Today International MTI AB, a part of Bonnier Business Press, in conjunction with the acquisition of a majority shareholding in Norsk Helseinformatikk AS (NHI). NHI provides an internet-based support for clinical diagnostics for doctors.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Malin Leffler and associate Philip Asmar.
