Vinge, as local Swedish counsel, advised Blackstone Tactical Opportunities and affiliated funds (“Blackstone”) in connection with a strategic partnership with Winthrop Technologies Limited (“Winthrop Technologies”).

Winthrop Technologies is Europe’s leading dedicated turnkey data centre delivery provider. 

Vinge's team consisted of Jonas Bergström, Ulrich Ziche (M&A), Emil Lindwall, Melinda Oldenburg (Employment & Benefits) and Emelie Schoning  (project assistant).
