Vinge advises the Canadian Bitcine Technologies in its acquisition of the filmtech business from Thomas Ahlén AB, consisting of post-production of videos, digital cinema mastering and other video lab services. 

Vinge’s team consists of Matthias Pannier together with associate Karl Klackenberg.

On 22 April 2025, RWK Bidco AB, a newly formed company indirectly wholly owned by KKR Funds, announced a public tender offer to the shareholders in Biotage AB to tender all ordinary shares in Biotage to RWK Bidco at a price of SEK 145 in cash per ordinary share.
