Vinge advises Beijer Byggmaterial in conjunction with its acquisition of 100 Procent Proffs

Vinge has advised Beijer Byggmaterial AB in connection with its acquisition of 100 Procent Proffs. The facilities, which are located in Bandhagen and in Rotebro, have approximately 50 employees and focus solely on professional clients in the Stockholm area.  

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Jonas Bergström, Joacim Rydergård and Ellinor Wargenbrant, Arvid Axelryd, Kristoffer Larson, Karolina Fuhrman, Elin Broman as well as  Jessica Henning.

The transaction positions Morrow Bank as a leading Nordic platform in consumer finance with combined gross loans of SEK 28.2 billion.

 Vinge advises Northern Environmental and Water Solutions AB (“NEWS”), a portfolio company of Litorina, in connection with the sale of the operating subsidiaries Skandinavisk Kommunalteknik, FANN VA-Teknik and Alunda Polyeten to Wienerberger AG (Vienna Stock Exchange: WIE). The transaction is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.
