Vinge advises Beijer Alma and Beijer Tech in connection with the acquisition of Svenska Brandslangsfabriken

Vinge has advised Beijer Alma’s subsidiary Beijer Tech in conjunction with the acquisition of Svenska Brandslangsfabriken AB (Svebab), which manufactures fire hoses in Skene outside Gothenburg.

Svebab, which has manufactured fire hoses since the 1930s, is the market leader and the only Swedish producer.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Jonas Johansson together with associates Karl Klackenberg, Carl Sander and Lova Unge.

The transaction positions Morrow Bank as a leading Nordic platform in consumer finance with combined gross loans of SEK 28.2 billion.

 Vinge advises Northern Environmental and Water Solutions AB (“NEWS”), a portfolio company of Litorina, in connection with the sale of the operating subsidiaries Skandinavisk Kommunalteknik, FANN VA-Teknik and Alunda Polyeten to Wienerberger AG (Vienna Stock Exchange: WIE). The transaction is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.
