Vinge advises Ballingslöv in Stena Adactum’s public offer

Vinge is advising the board of directors of Ballingslöv International AB (publ) in connection with Stena Adactum AB’s announced public offer for Ballingslöv. The total value of the offer amounts to approximately SEK 1,222 million.

The Vinge team advising Ballingslöv includes partner Göran Nyström and associate Jonas Johansson.
