Vinge advises Bain Capital LLC in connection with the acquisition of BMC Software Inc.

Vinge has acted as Swedish counsel in connection with Bain Capital LLC’s public offer for BMC Software Inc. Kirkland & Ellis acted as lead counsel in respect of the transaction. Bain Capital led a group of investors who have acquired BMC Software Inc.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Christina Kokko and associate Johan Mattsson.
