Vinge advises Babcock & Wilcox Völund

Vinge has advised Babcock & Wilcox Völund in connection with the acquisition of Götaverken Miljö AB from the Swedish Sixth AP Fund (Sw. Sjätte AP-Fonden). Götaverken Miljö AB supplies solutions within flue-gas cleaning and energy recycling to incineration plants for household waste, industrial waste and risk classified waste.

Vinge’s team consisted of Patrik Forslund, Stefan de Hevesy, Anders Frick and Astrid Öfverholm. Oskar Löthberg and Anna Möller provided intellectual property law advice and employment law advice was provided by Åsa Gotthardsson and Philip Watson.
